Neosho man killed in collision on 76, two others injured


A Neosho man was killed in a two-vehicle collision 4:40 a.m. today on MO 76 three miles west of Anderson.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado driven by a 33-year-old Bella Vista, Arkansas man struck a 2006 Toyota Sienna driven by a 44-year-old Neosho man.

The Neosho man was pronounced dead at the scene by McDonald County Deputy Coroner David Goens.







Two passengers in his vehicle, a 33-year-old woman and a 30-year-old Neosho woman, were treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.

The fatality was the 128th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
