A Bentonville, Arkansas resident was injured in a one-vehicle accident 8 p.m. Monday on Bear Hollow Road, one mile east of Jane.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Toyota Camry driven by Jonathon L. Robbins, 30, Bentonville, failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the roadway and overturned.
A passenger, Amber M. Hernandez, 27, Bentonville, was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Rogers, Arkansas.
I wonder how many of the single vehicle accidents that have occurred in this area in the last 6 months, were due to texting while driving?

People should have to do jail time for any accident where texting is involved.
