A closure of the east bound lane on 4th Street between Grand and Pennsylvania will occur starting, Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at 7:00 a.m. until noon.
Closure is due to the installation of building signage at 4th & Kentucky.
Drivers are urged to use extreme caution in these areas and will need to utilize alternate routes during this period.
Detours will be in place
