Webb City man sentenced to 15 years for assaulting Jasper County deputy

On 6-29-20, Chase Milner, 29, of Webb City, was sentenced in Division 3 by Judge David Mouton to 15 years in the Dept. of Corrections for his assault on a Jasper County Deputy. 

Milner was in custody for felony possession of a controlled substance. The assault occurred on 6-5-2016 at the Jasper County Detention Center in Carthage.

    So let me get this straight, it happened in 2016 and he JUST NOW got sentenced for it???? Our system is messed up!!!

      He spent a long time with the department of mental health because of his competency to stand trial.

    He needs a medal for punching a cop. I hope he gets parolled soon.
