According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Honda 250EX ATV driven by Dalton E. Gooden, 18, Neosho, failed to negotiate a curve, the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and the driver was ejected.
Gooden was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
