According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer driven by Bayron I. Bejarano, 19, Southwest City, traveled off the right side of the road, overcorrected, drove off the left side of the road and overturned.
Bejarano, who was also charged with careless and imprudent driving and for not having a driver's license, was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
