Joplin woman cited for DWI following injury accident near Goodman

A Joplin woman was cited for driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 8:25 p.m. Monday at Peach Orchard at Allison Road, four miles south of Goodman.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Mazda CX7 driven by Nikkol A. Lambrecht, 35, Joplin, ran off the roadway and struck a fence and a tree.

Lambrecht, who was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin, was also cited for careless and imprudent driving and for not wearing a seat belt.
