Joplin man, 10-year-old injured in motorcycle crash

Two Joplin residents were injured in a one-vehicle accident 8:10 p.m. Tuesday on South Jefferson Avenue before 32nd Street in Joplin.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1985 Suzuki GZ 1200 Mudura driven by Jim Ebbs, 54, Joplin, overturned and began sliding in the roadway.

Ebbs was treated for minor injuries and a passenger, a 10-year-old boy for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
