According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2013 Dodge Caravan driven by a 16-year-old Neosho girl failed to yield to a 2004 Ford Explorer driven by Elvis F. Hency, 85, Diamond, and crossed in front of it causing the Hency vehicle to travel off the roadway.
Hency was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
