Carthage residents injured in two-vehicle collision

Two Carthage residents were injured in a two-vehicle collision 3:40 p.m. today on County Road 130, one mile northeast of Carthage.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2000 Ford Ranger driven by Hayley E. Lown, 20, Carthage, made a left hand turn into the path of a 2008 Ford F-250 driven by Robert W. Waggoner, 61, Carthage.

Lown and Waggoner were treated for minor injuries at Mercy McCune-Brooks Hospital, Carthage.
