(From Highway Patrol Troop D)Captain Dale O. Jinkens, commanding officer of Troop D, Springfield, is pleased to announce the assignment of two new troopers to Troop D. The following troopers were members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s 123rd Recruit Class that graduated from the Patrol Academy on June 18, 2025.
Trooper Kaley Ishman will be assigned to Zone 13, which serves the citizens of Newton and McDonald counties.
Ishman is a Joplin, MO, native who graduated from Galena High School in Galena, MO, in 2021. Ishman also attended Fort Scott Community College.
Trooper Zane Moore will be assigned to Zone 7, which serves the citizens of Newton and McDonald counties. Moore is a native of Joplin, MO, who graduated from Webb City High School in Webb City, MO, in 2019.
