Hirshey named Neosho Junior High assistant principal

The Neosho School District is pleased to announce the hiring of Bradly Hershey as the assistant principal at the Neosho Junior High for the 2026-2027 school year. He brings a strong background in education, student support and coaching to this role.

Since 2022, Hershey has served as the behavior special education teacher at the Webb City R-7 School District. In this role, he has built positive relationships with students, staff and administrators, while supporting the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans for students with significant needs. He has also helped lead building-wide behavior expectations, supported paraprofessionals and facilitated team communications to ensure student success.








He holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from Northwest Missouri State University.

In addition to his work in education, Hershey brings a strong background in athletics and coaching. He played college baseball and served as both a head and assistant baseball coach at the youth level, as well as assistant volleyball coach at Webb City. His experience in athletics reflects a strong work ethic, leadership skills and commitment to mentoring students on and off the field.
