(From the City of Joplin)Due to an emergency water line repair, Wall Avenue will be closed between 7th Street and 6th Street beginning tomorrow morning, Friday, April 10, at approximately 8 AM. The work is expected to last until at least noon, but may last longer based on the condition of the line that is being repaired.
