According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Buick LaCrosse driven by a 55-year-old Verona woman failed to yield to oncoming traffic and was hit by a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado driven by an 18-year-old Crane man.
The Verona man was airlifted to Mercy Springfield to be treated for serious injuries.
