A 29-year-old Aurora woman was injured when she fell from a moving 1997 Jeep Wrangler 3:45 p.m. Sunday on Farm Road 1200 eight miles east of Cassville.
According to the Highway Patrol report, the vehicle was driven by a 33-year-old Aurora man.
The woman was airlifted to Mercy Springfield with serious injuries.
