Two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 2:10 p.m. today on Apple Road at private County Lane 45, a half-mile west of Sarcoxie.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Harley Davidson Slhri driven by a 31-year-old Sarcoxie man had an equipment malfunction, causing it to overturn ejecting the driver and passenger.
The driver was treated for minor injuries and the passenger, a 31-year-old Diamond woman for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
