7/7/17 John K. Judd, 50 of Baxter Springs, KS, was arrested for DWI.

7/8/17 Kayleigh B. Rindenour, 27 of Monett, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

7/8/17 Esly S. Garcia, 22 of Carthage, was arrested for Domestic Assault 4th.

7/8/17 Tracie S. Godwin, 26 of Joplin, was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd and Violation of an Order of Protection.

7/9/17 Bradley D. Hull, 25 of Reeds, was arrested for Domestic Assault 4th.

7/9/17 Shawn M. Long, 30 of Joplin, was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
