Neosho man injured in collision on I-49

A Neosho man was injured in a two-vehicle accident 5:30 p.m. Sunday on I-49, three miles south of Joplin.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1994 Cadillac Deville driven by Ryan A. Cummins, 24, Neosho, struck a 1989 Chevrolet S-10 driven by Michael A. Bootier, 51, Springfield, in the rear.

Cummins was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
