12/20/2019 Melvin R Foley 32 of Nevada, MO was arrested for Driving While Suspended and Exceeded Posted Speed Limit.
12/21/2019 Tina M Esquivel 32 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Domestic Assault 4th Degree.
12/22/2019 Kenny S Gonzalez 23 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving Wrong Way on a One Way Street.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
