According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2006 Chevrolet HHR driven by Matthew C. Brown, 45, Neosho, struck a 2019 Bluebird school bus driven by James T. Giberti, 52, Neosho, which was making a left turn.
Brown was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho.
