02/06/2023 Officer took a report for a domestic assault in the 1500 block of Gulf St. One person was arrested, transported to the Barton County Jail and placed on a 24 hr hold pending charges of Domestic Assault 4th Degree.
02/07/2023 Officer was dispatched to the WalMart parking lot for a domestic in progress. One person was arrested, transported to the Barton County Jail and placed on a 24 hr hold pending charges of Domestic Assault 4th Degree.
02/07/2023 Officer investigated a report of shoplifting at WalMart. One person was issued a citation for shoplifting and trespassed from the store.
02/08/2023 Officer took a report of a domestic assault past tense. The report was sent to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney for charges of Domestic Assault 4th Degree.
02/08/2023 Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Heagon in reference to a domestic assault that was in progress. One person was transported to the Barton County Jail on charges of Domestic Assault in the 3rd degree.
02/08/2023 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Broadway. One person was transported to the Barton County Jail and arrested on charges of DWI-persistent offender, Driving While Revoked/Suspended, Fail to Register as Sex Offender 3rd Offense, Owner Operate Motor Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility.
02/09/2023 Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Truman. One person was arrested, transported to the Barton County Jail and placed on twenty-four hour hold for investigation for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
02/11/2023 Officers were dispatched to the area of 500 W. 10th for the report of a domestic disturbance. One person was arrested, transported to the Barton County Jail and placed on a 24 hr hold pending charges of Domestic Assault 2nd Degree.
