* At 1218 AM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Chetopa to near Bernice State Park to near
  Proctor, moving northeast at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
