According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2004 Honda Rancher ATV driven by Nicholas W. Mitchell, 36, Fairview, ran off the roadway and struck a ditch, ejecting Mitchell.
Mitchell was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Joplin.
