A Reeds man was injured in a two-vehicle collision 5 p.m. Tuesday on Route E one mile east of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1999 Mazda MX5 driven by Aaron A. Baugh, 48, Reeds, traveled into the left lane and struck the front of a 2019 Chrysler 200 driven by Leslie S. Ramos Teo, 27, Carthage.
The Baugh vehicle traveled off the south side of the road, struck a ditch, went airborne and struck a fence and a rock, coming to rest in a ditch.
Baugh was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Joplin.
