10/16/2023 Officers received a report of a combine hitting power lines in the 700 block of Maple. Report was taken.

10/17/2023 Received a call regarding an electric meter that had been damaged in the 700 block of W. 9th. Investigation continues.

10/17/23 Officer took a report of a lawn ornament stolen in the 400 block of W. 13th. A few hours later, during routine patrol, the lawn ornament located in a yard. Statue was returned to owner.

10/17/2023 Officer was dispatched to the 800 block of E. 19th in reference to a domestic assault that had just occurred. Suspect had left scene before officer arrived.

10/18/2023 Officer took a report of a laptop that had been lost or stolen. Laptop had been left on owner’s car, fell onto the street. Laptop was found by someone and moved to the side of the street; but was gone when owner went to retrieve it.








10/18/2023 Officer took a report of a bicycle stolen from the Lamar Middle School. Later in the day, a report was received of a bicycle left in the 1200 block of E. 17th St. Bicycle was the one that was reported stolen and was returned to owner.

10/20/2023 Officers investigated a stabbing incident at the high school after the football game. Investigation continues.

10/21/2023 Officer took a report of a fraud. Investigation continues.
