According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2020 Ram 3500 driven by Armando B. Esquivel Rey, 55, Springhill, Florida, pulled into the path of a 2011 Ford F150 driven by Ronald J. Cotton, 63, Neosho.
The Cotton vehicle struck the Rey vehicle and overturned.
Cotton was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
