(From the Labette County Sheriff's Office)On Friday, October 27, 2023, the Labette Co. Sheriff’s Office executed three search warrants in Parsons Ks. with the assistance of the Parsons Police Department and the Kansas Department of Revenue.
During the searches of 2501 Washington, 1538, 25th St. & 2911 Main St., officers from the above listed agencies located and seized 8.7 pounds of suspected marijuana, 4 ounces of suspected methamphetamines, and 2 grams of suspected Fentanyl, along with over $18,670 in cash.
During the search warrant, Dorian L Allen was arrested. Other arrests will follow.
The following charges are being filed:
Distribute controlled Substance
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Distribute within 1000 feet of a school
Distribute or possess w/int drug paraphernalia to a minor or within 1000 feet of a school
No drug tax stamp
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
