According to the Highway Patrol report, a Bomag Roller driven by a 26-year-old Anderson man failed on a downhill section of the roadway, traveled off the right side of the road and overturned, ejecting the driver.
He was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Hospital, Rogers, Arkansas.
