North Fork Spring River Bridge near Jasper to be closed

TRAFFIC ALERT: Route H/North Fork Spring River Bridge CLOSED for Core Drilling Sept. 2

When: 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Wednesday, September 2

Where: Jasper County Route H over the North Fork Spring River west of Jasper

What: MoDOT crews will close the bridge to collect core samples in preparation for replacing this bridge at a future date

Traffic Impacts

All lanes of Route H CLOSED over the North Fork Spring River

Drivers will have access to driveways and entrances at either end of the bridge but will not be able to drive across the bridge

Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone

No signed detours, drivers urged to find alternate routes

Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts

Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
