Newsmakers to feature MSSU campus outreach programs

The upcoming edition of the “Newsmakers” interview program focuses on how two programs based at Missouri Southern State University reach out to serve the community. 
The first half of the program features the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Dr. David Smith is joined by students Ann Wolfe and Tiffany Gilbert from the MSSU Accounting Department. They discuss the free income tax service available on weekends at Southern. 
The second half of the program features the Small Business Technology Development Center. Sherry Noller talks about services available for small businesses.
“Newsmakers” will air at the following times on KGCS-TV:
Sunday, March 2 – 6 p.m.
Monday, March 3 – 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, March 4 – 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, March 5 – 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 6 – 5:30 p.m.
It will also air at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, March 8, on KOAM-TV.
