A Noel man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 8:30 a.m. today on MO 90, one mile south of Noel.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Joshua S. Elphick, 38, Noel, swerved to miss a dog, ran off the right side of the road and overturned down a steep embankment.
Elphick sought his own treatment for minor injuries.
