Sheriff's office arrests Joplin, Carthage, W. C. residents for DWI, Carthage residents on drug charges

5/27/2017 Christopher A. Dunbar, 30 of Carthage, was arrested for DWI.

5/27/2017 Justin R. Kirk, 36 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

5/28/2017 Laci L. Reed, 33 of Webb City, was arrested for DWI.

5/28/2017 Savannah L. Jacobs, 27 of Carthage, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and False Declaration.

5/28/2017 Ty M. Wilkerson, 22 of Carthage, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
