Three people were injured in a two-vehicle, head-on collision 10:15 a.m. today on Joplin Street, one mile south of Carl Junction.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2000 Dodge Stratus driven by Joshua A. Haury, 30, Joplin, traveled off the right side of the roadway, lost control, came back onto the roadway and struck a 2003 Buick Regal driven by Ermal R. Lovell, 48, Carthage, head on.
Haury and Lovell were treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
A passenger in the Lovell vehicle, Michelle D. Lovell, Carthage, was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West.
