According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Kevin R. Wilson, 38, Carthage, slid off the right side of the roadway into a concrete ridgerail then went off the hillside into a tree.
Wilson was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
