John Anthony Shutters, 38, Joplin, was arrested on 02-21-20, for a charge of 1st degree statutory sodomy and 1st degree child molestation after Jasper County deputies investigated a report of a sexual abuse incidents that involved two girls ages 10 and 12.
Shutters, 38, is being held at the Jasper County Detention Center on a no bond warrant. The investigation continues and additional charges may be forthcoming.
