Seneca Police Department makes arrest on Joplin, Carthage, Neosho, Jasper County warrants

On 2/20/20, Officer Housley made a traffic stop on Chickesaw St. for an equipment violation.

The passenger, Travis Smith was arrested on multiple Newton County Warrants. Four warrants for: Domestic Assault 4th Degree and two warrants for: Violations of Protective Orders. Smith was transported to Newton County Jail.

On 2/15/20, Officer Zimmerman made a traffic stop at Cherokee/Chippewa for an equipment violation.

The driver was arrested for DWS. The passenger, Nathan Holladay was arrested on two warrants out of Seneca for: FTA for DWI and FTA Fail to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway when Roadway was of Sufficient Width. Both subjects were transported to Newton County Jail.

On 2/15/20, Officer Housley made a traffic stop at Oneida/Billings for an equipment violation. The driver was arrested for DWS and was transported to Newton County Jail.

On 2/15/20, Officer Zimmerman made a traffic stop at Cherokee/Chippewa for an equipment violation. The driver, Jason Toman had a Joplin warrant for: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Toman was arrested and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 2/9/20, Officer Housley made a traffic stop at Washington/Thomas Ln for an equipment violation. The driver was arrested for DWS and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 2/6/20, Officer Housley made a traffic stop at Cherokee/Mill for a moving violation. The driver, Robert Dean had a Carthage warrant for: FTA for Public Crimes. Dean was arrested and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 2/6/20, Officer Kirby made a traffic stop on Cherokee for an equipment violation. The driver, William Liddell was arrested for a warrant out of Neosho for: FTA for a Speeding Citation. Liddell was transported to Newton County Jail.

On 1/9/20, Officer Zimmerman made a traffic stop at Cherokee/Oneida for an equipment violation.

The passenger, Brandon Carter was arrested for two Jasper County Warrants. The warrants were for: FTA Possession of Controlled Substance and Probation Violation for Forgery. Carter was transported to Newton County Jail.
