Bobby G. Ballinger, 56, Bolivar, felony failure to register as a sex offender, failure to maintain right half of roadway involving a crash, no seat belt

Lawrence M. Sedillo, 22, Niangua, Marshfield Police Department warrants for failure to appear on speeding, failure to register motor vehicle and no insurance

Matt T. Henson, 41, Marshfield, driving while intoxicated (drugs), failure to maintain right half of roadway, displayed license plates of another, driving while revoked, no seat belt
