Joplin man arrested on felony drug charge in Bates County
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a Joplin man 11:27 a.m. Monday for felony possession of a controlled substance.
Online records indicate Cody A. Vaughn, 30, was taken to the Bates County Jail and was later released.
