NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Joplin, Missouri, will be held at the conference room of the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce, 320 East 4th Street, Joplin, Missouri, on Thursday, January 28, 2021, commencing at 10:00 a.m., to authorize, approve, consider, and/or act upon the following tentative agenda:
1. Consideration of resolutions for IDA Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2021 (32nd Street Place Community Improvement District Project).
2. Ratification of purchase agreements for Crossroads Business Park land sales.
3. Economic development report update.
