Two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 10:04 a.m. today on Highway A, six miles northeast of Lamar.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 GMC Sierra driven by Michael J. East, 48, Avilla, ran off the right side of the road, overcorrected, ran off the left side of the road and overturned.
A passenger, Michelle L. Roble, 43, Everton, was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
East did not seek treatment for minor injuries, according to the report.
