Four people were injured in a three-vehicle accident 6:55 p.m. Friday on Gateway Drive, three miles south of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Kia Sedona driven by Cali M. Sharpe, 32, Neosho, and a Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Terry E. Menneman, 63, Neosho, were stopped to turn when a 2013 Ford F150 driven by Taylor W. Taylor, 22, Neosho, struck the Sharpe vehicle from behind pushing it into the Menneman vehicle.
Sharpe was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
A passenger in her vehicle, a 6-year-old boy was treated for serious injuries and two other passengers in the vehicle, a 7-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl for minor injuries at Mercy.
