Two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 10:20 p.m. Friday on MO 171, two miles north of Asbury.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2000 Yamaha YZFR1 motorcycle driven by Myles N. Nothnagel, 31, Joplin, ran off the roadway into a ditch, ejecting Nothnagel and a passenger, Dorian R. Minor, 32, Jasper.
Nothnagel and Minor were treated for serious injuries at Mercy Joplin.
