A Joplin woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 9 a.m. today on Schifferdecker Avenue, one mile northwest of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2009 BMW 328I driven by Madison T. Bennett, 20, Joplin, traveled off the right side of the roadway, became airborne, struck the ditch, then struck a metal post and a fence and overturned.
Bennett was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
