According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2018 Jeep Wrangler driven by Talby J. Ewers, 41, Carthage, struck the rear of a 2002 Dixon ZTR3304 lawn mower driven by Roger L. Horn, 31, Joplin, ejecting Horn.
Horn received minor injuries and sought his own treatment, according to the report.
