Joplin Fire Department responds 127 incidents, including four structure fires over holiday weekend

We want to take a moment and publicly thank and show appreciation to the men and women of the Joplin Fire Department for a long, hard weekend of work. 

JFD responded to 127 incidents during the 4-day Fourth of July weekend (7/1 - 7/4) including four “working” structure fires, numerous grass fires, dumpster fires, vehicle accidents, and EMS calls all while dealing with the extreme heat.
