Stark City woman injured in crash south of Joplin

A Stark City woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 8:25 p.m. Friday on Old Highway 71, two miles south of Joplin.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2009 Harley Davidson driven by Wendy R. Beard, 42, Stark City, failed to negotiate a curve and overturned.

Beard was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
