Seven people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 6:46 a.m. today on I-44 at the 203 mile marker in Crawford County.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2019 Chevrolet Express driven by Jason D. Parker, 41, Stotts City, traveled off the left side of the road, overcorrected, returned to the roadway, traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
A passenger, William Lambright, 59, Lamar, was flown to Mercy St. Louis with serious injuries.
Two other passengers, Martha Lambright, 60, Lamar, and Viola Miller, 67, Walker, were treated for moderate injuries and another passenger, Joe-Jay Miller, 68 Walker for minor injuries at Phelps Health, Rolla.
Parker and two passengers, Dorothy M. Mullett, 52, and Leroy H. Mullett, 53, both of Harwood, sought their own treatment for minor injuries.
