A Granby man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 2:20 a.m. today on Route E, two miles north of Granby.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2000 Dodge Neon driven by Cole E. Hagebush, 27, Granby, left the roadway, struck a culvert, and overturned.
Hagebush and a passenger, Salina S. Jackson-Raack, 26, Granby, were treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
Hagebush was also cited for driving while suspended.
