A Carl Junction man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 2 p.m. today on Route H, one-tenth of a mile south of Cate Lane in Benton County.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2009 Harley Davidson driven by Rodney A. Spencer, 62, Carl Junction, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck the ground, causing Spencer to be ejected.
Spencer was treated for moderate injuries at Bothwell Regional Medical Center.
