Trespassing.
10/10/2014 @ 9:05 pm, Tanya M. Garrett, 42 of Carthage, was arrested for Domestic 3rd

Trespassing.
10/10/2014 @ 11:35 pm, Tony B. Scott, 48, and Lisa B. Scott, 51, both of Sarcoxie, were arrested for
Domestic 3rd
.10/12/2014 @ 1:05 am, Patricia Vasquez-Mejia, 25, and Eric B. Shofe, 23, both of Carthage, were
arrested for Violating an Order of Protection.
10/12/2014 @ 4:10 pm, Levi A. Lavallee, 17 of Joplin, was arrested for Littering.
10/14/2014 @ 8:45 am, Alexander J. Musgrave, 20 of Joplin, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
